The guy that came did a good job but was very bothered when I told him that another guy had offered to do the outside boarder of another rug. He didn't seem accommodating or friendly about being there and seemed frustrated and annoyed. I'm in the service industry and this is not how I would expect to feel

John cleaned my fabric couches yesterday and did a wonderful job. He was cheerful and efficient and made sure we received our spring time 20% off discount. I have used Drytron many times before, for upholstery and carpet cleaning and they have never let me down. Their prices are excellent as well. John also gave me advice on spot cleaning. I am very satisfied with the excellent job he did.

Jeff cleaned our carpets yesterday and I cant fault the service. He arrived on time and was a really nice guy. He worked efficiently through the rooms (even vacuumed before he started) and did an absolutely fantastic job on a carpet that was looking really grotty came up looking brand new. The price was as per the range quote over the phone My whole experience from booking to completion was great. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
