Great service from the initial booking. The person arrived on time at exactly 11am. They were professional and efficient, they were done in 2 hours and the carpets came up really well. The carpets were dry in about 2hrs which is fantastic for winter in Melbourne. I had no issues with their service and would happily recommend to others.

Fabulous clean, however very poor service. I got a confirmation email with my timelot, however the time given to the technician was different. I ended up waiting over 2 hours for the technician to arrive. Not his fault - but definitely a computer system error which is not good enough these days.
