The reason I would recommend Drytron is because of the professionalism of the man that cleaned my carpets. He was pleasant, didn’t make any mess and it took no time at all.

The guy was prompt, pleasant and did a really great job. Very thorough and we are thrilled with the results. Couch looks new again and the carpets are looking and smelling great. Nice work.

Interestingly, my curtains did not get cleaned after all!! Inspection of the possibly 30 year old (but in good nick considering) wool curtains showed that they had been cleaned once before. Probably steam cleaned, the backing had shrunk a couple of inches, and therefore the seams connecting them to the curtains had been unpicked, which was going to make the cleaning process very difficult. Furthermore, the black stain on the top right edge was caused by the same previous steam cleaning event, which had released the lubricant from the rollers in the track and deposited it onto the curtain. The cleaning product in the Drytron process is not designed to remove this. I will happily get Drytron to come back in a couple of months when I have hand sewn the sides together again, and unpicked the backing hem to let it down. Thank you Jarryn for your good advice. At least they will finally get cleaned!!
