Had my couch cleaned 27/2 wasn’t happy with result so phoned the next day to report they said someone will contact me waited a week phoned again they said they would mark as urgent 2 days later still no call phoned again they apologised and said someone would definitely be in contact that was March 1st I still haven’t had anyone contact me. Based on my experience I would not recommend Drytron
