I would not recommend this business based on my recent experience. Thd technician did not arrive at all. After four telephone calls to the call centre number I was not able to find out if he was even coming or not. Extremely disappointed about the customer service response.

I have used Dryton in past - not now - had a no show for my rug cleaning today and contact could not be made with the tecnichian to let me know what was going on. Sadly - will not be refering or using Drytron again.

Well priced, quick, effective. I had a 3 seater couch and 2x4m rug cleaned. Both came up quite well. The rug dried quickly but the couch and cushions took a few hours. Most of the stains on the rug were removed, which I was impressed with.

Our carpets were very badly stained, so we didn't expect them to come up too well. However, they ended up looking almost new... major stains were almost gone and all other marks were no longer visible. We were extremely pleased with the result and the price.

Serviceman arrived promptly, and quickly and efficiently did the job. Even moved all the furniture. Carpets looks amazing. Have used Drytron for many years and will continue to do so.
