The entire experience from sending an enquiry on the website to the job being completed was professional and efficient. The serviceman arrived early and was very professional and personable. He explained what would be done and gave me a reasonable expectation on the success of shifting one particular stain. There was no mess whatsoever and I even got a discount on the quoted cost because I had moved most the furniture before he arrived. I would definitely recommend Drytron to my family and friends. (I had put off getting the carpets cleaned as the previous time I had it done it was wet and messy and far from professional!)

The cleaner was very prompt, did a great job and the price was reasonable ($125 for 3 bedrooms and 2 mats that were 2300 x 1600 in size). I would recommend Drytron Sunbury.

Jeff was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The price was good but the way that the "20% Spring Special" discount was applied was unclear, which, to be honest, leads me to suspect it was just a marketing ploy. Overall, happy with the service and would recommend.

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday. He arrived right at the time i was quoted, he assessed the carpets and got straight to work very professional. The job he did is perfect our house smells fresh and clean (we have 2 giant dogs and a cat who live 50/50 inside and outside) we are amazed at how the carpet feels under foot and how fast it dried.
