If you want a cheap night out and are not too fussed on style, this is it. Very reasonable prices for tickets and candy bar. The cinemas are a little old and grotty now but still worth a try.

We've been taking the kids here every school holidays for as long as I can remember. Where else can you take the family (2 adults/2 kids) to the movies for $35 including snacks. They have a good selection of films.

We love our local cinema, it's a one off 3 cinema complex. Not as flashy as the greater union but soooo much cheaper, snack bar is great value as well. We can afford to go to ever movie we want at these prices.

I have been going to this cinema for the past 20 years. The ticket and candy bar prices have always been cheaper than the big chains. This cinema has a cosy old world charm.

Dumaresq Street Cinemas is an old fashioned cinema. I was very surprised how cheap the candy bar was aswell as the price of a ticket. They place new release movies and the staff are very polite.
