I was trying to juggle 2 businesses and be a new mum. Diane was able to literally organise 'helping hands' for me. She listened to what my needs were. We have been using her services regularly for over a year now, we have a lovely lady who comes and cleans our home. Her services are not the cheapest, but that is far outweighed by the attention to detail, professionalism and reliability. I know that if I needed a Nanny she would be my first call.

Diane is so accommodating with a nanny request, fits in with last minute plans and is very prompt with getting back to you. She tries to ensure you have the same nanny every time you need one, easier for your child to adjust. She lets you know straight away who will be coming and makes sure all the plans are in place. The nanny we have had (Fiona) is fabulous, so engaging and wonderful with my son. This agency is highly recommended.
