Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. The plasterers and electricians were all great guys and tidy workmen. The main contact was Chris, who was great and I really only have good things to say about Duncan Thompson Extensions.

I had a really horrible renovation experience with another company, so all I can say is that I was very wary and Duncan Thompson is a great company! They exceeded our expectations and kept to a budget (not an easy task!) Whether you're extending out back or building up another floor, this is the company to go with. I cant thank them enough. :)

We were very happy with the overall outcome of our renovation. They provided us with fantastic advice on the development of the project, offered help from the design to the colour co-ordinating and completed the job in a timely fashion. They builders and supervisor were outstanding and took great care to ensure our renovation didn't impact too much on our family life. We are very happy with the final result and would happily recommend Duncan Thompson Extensions to our friends.

After a very bad experience with a previous builder/renovation I was quite reluctant to undertake another one. After a referral I was prepared to give it a go and was impressed from the start with Adrian Sanders. His ideas were fantastic and he really listened to what we wanted. He made an effort to keep costs as low as possible too. Dave, Nick and Steve were our builders and I could not fault them. They were friendly, helpful, professional and went out of their way on numerous occasions to ensure that our lives were disrupted as little as possible. Dave dealt superbly with my numerous questions and was so approachable. Chris French was also wonderful in listening to what we wanted and dealing with problems that arose promptly and professionally. Every single tradesman we dealt with through Duncan Thompson was excellent, in particular Damien and Brian. I really cannot speak highly enough of the whole team from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Duncan Thompson to anyone thinking of renovating and we are so pleased with the end result.

It was a pleasure to deal with Duncan Thompson from start to finish. Our project ran very smoothly and on time with a high quality finished product. Everyone involved communicated well, was very honest and worked in a very professional manner. Whenever any issues or errors occurred, (which is to be expected on a large project), Duncan Thompson rectified these quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. We would happily recommend Duncan Thompson to any one considering a home renovation project.

The company exhibits extremely poor communication skills (only went downhill after we signed on the dotted line however). Regularly talked down to us as customers. They routinely made assumptions during the building process instead of asking us, also did not plan adequately and then had to fix problems on the fly. We will happily go elsewhere next time. They said all the right things to start with, unfortunately their talk was all empty promises for us. Terrible experience.
