Item ordered 3 weeks ago from within same city, still waiting, well outside notified delivery dates. No answer to emails now with request for refund, phone not answering and can’t leave messages because voicemail is full…hopeless

I refer my students to this place to buy sheet music or metronomes. They give small discounts if you ask on the sheet music, and their metronomes are at good prices. They have two particular metronomes that I recommend to my students, and at less than $70 for a good quality metronome, this is quite reasonable.
