I got to give a review on Dyson, recently my DC35 had issues, basically it died and didnt know whether to throw it or contact Dyson see what they could do. I got hold of a guy named Elliot, wow talk bout terrific customer service, DYSON hold onto this guy..!! Anyways after explaining my issue, and roughly calculating the time i had the unit Elliot pulled up my details saw i had another Dyson and saw i am a repeat customer and said they will send me out a new batter and main body, this is the newest one as it screws in and better performance. Anyhows a week later the both parts arrived and the unit is good as new. Nothing but great things to say bout Dyson, they really do stand behind their warranty and seriously it was the most painless experience i have had...Always a Dyson customer for life..!!

Recently my 8yo Dyson Vac decided to malfunction so I called Dyson to check out whether it was a viable proposition to have it repaired. I talked to Customer Care on the 1800 number fully expecting to have to buy a new machine. Well to my utmost surprise when I was asked to describe the problem, I was told we will send you this part to replace (free of charge) to see if this will fix the problem. 2 days later the part arrived, sadly this did not work. So I called again and was able to book the machine into the local service agent in Brisbane and was told that it would be $65 plus parts. I took my machine in, it would take about 5-7 business days which proved to be accurate. Dysion Service called to say my machine was ready and the total price was $125.00 which included a new handle as well as a complete service and clean. My Dyson is now back to full operating capacity. I received a confirmation letter that my machine had been serviced with genuine Dyson parts and tested to Dyson's international service standard. All parts used are covered by a 2 year warranty. Can't help but feel I am a valued customer and would not hesitate to recommend Dyson
