Will never buy again they falsely advertise a 8kg washing machine ,,,only to realise its a 7.5 kg machine ,,and when i complained they took another $120 dollars off me to get the right one that I thought I first bought it's a scam on there part ,,,,shame on you E&S trading

E&S is an excellent business to deal with. The best Customer Service, Advice, Pricing, Installation & Delivery. They also happily take away old appliances.

This is the second time that I have bought a dishwasher from E&S. The fact that I went back to E&S for the second purchase says it all. This company delivers in service and quality. From showroom to prompt delivery and installation the experience is efficient and friendly. Thank you E&S. Lili G.

Although I've been happy with my online appliance purchases, I wanted to try buying local again. I'm so glad I did. Our AEG washing machine was on its last legs (only 8-9 years old which was a bit disappointing) so we decided to start shopping.
Barbara at E&S was knowledgeable and friendly and happy to compete with online pricing (unlike previous attempts at other appliance retailers in Geelong who will match price but begrudgingly). We placed an order for a new machine which was on back order.
Fast forward to the next day, (Sunday) and our old machine died with a bang. We contacted E&S and Peter came to our rescue. He helped us to choose another washing machine which was in stock and between Peter and the very helpful girl (Carly?) who processed our payment, arranged for next day delivery.
Colin rang to confirm delivery time, installed our new machine which is great and removed the old one very efficiently.
E&S ask that if there are any problems to contact them. Hopefully there won't be, but good to know they care about after sales service too.
To order a new washing machine on a Sunday afternoon and receive the replacement shipped from Melbourne to Geelong the next day was brilliant service. Thanks E&S we appreciate this outstanding level of service and you've won our business from the online retailers.

We recently purchased a new fridge and washing machine from E&S after finding exactly what we wanted for much cheaper than other stores around town (partly thanks to a price error in their catalogue that they were still honouring - we got a $2400 washing machine for $1600).

The salesman was slightly less knowledgeable than we'd found in other stores, but still knew his stuff.

The laybuy system was easy, and the staff went out of their way to try and get our items delivered to us as quickly as possible (we live out of Geelong). We're planning on returning in a few months to buy a new dishwasher from them too.

I ordered a house full of appliances for our renovation from the Geelong store even though I live in Melbourne as my Mother had a great experience dealing with E&S a few years earlier.
They stocked all the products I needed at a reasonable price. Our renovation was delayed and they were happy to store the goods for over a year!
We had an issue with one product not working after a month and not only did they replace it, they upgraded it as our model was no longer available.
Customer service and after sales service was excellent and so much easier to deal with than some other companies I sourced products from.
