I like the staff. they are friendly , welcoming and warm. Sometimes there is lack of communications i found. overall the centre is pretty good

The quality of the toys (for the most part) is very good, and they have some wonderful education toys. However, everything is drastically overpriced! I go into this store nearly every time I'm at the shopping centre, but I have only bought toys during their annual toy sale (usually July).

If you see something you really like but don't want to pay the big bucks, I'd suggest getting on their mailing list to find when the sales are on or when they offer deals like free shipping or some other bonus.

the sales staff were friendly however not very knowledgable about the products they sell. there is a huge variety from toys like Thomas the Tank Engine through to really great learning products such as counting and ABC and developmental jigsaw puzzles and games. they have baby clothes and clothes for young children too, as well as bed sheet sets and toys for tiny babies. it seems that everything there is quite expensive though, and they didn't have many specials the day I went there.
