Certaintly not my local, only popped in whilst passing for a few brochures and was there for nearly an hour with a holiday quote. The service was A grade, not pushy, very helpfull and the accomodation chosen was exactly what i wanted, and could afford. I went in for a sticky nose, came out with a holiday. Cant rave about this place enough

I love these guys!! Even now that I live in Perth I still contact my old travel agent via email to organise all my holidays. The prices are always great, because they really try to get a good deal for you, and the service is fantastic. I don't think I ever wait more than a day for a reply to an email. Every question or concern is always answered and they are flexible with their payment options. Really great!!

These travel agents are the way to go. They happily spent time to go through the whole trip and provided me with heaps of info to make sure i got the most out of my trip. They gave me brochures and worked out a good quote for my trip!

Bookings made fun and easy. No request is too much for them and they actually know what they are talking about.
The first trip I booked with them was in 2003 and was very satisfied. In 2006 we planned a trip to Europe and compared a number of other agents and none was as flexible and willing to put in that extra effort for you than East Burwood Travel, we now have a wonderful relationship with our travel agent, I get excited every time I walk into their offices.

Recently my wife and I saw them to arrange a trip to Darwin on the Ghan. They took a lot of time in explaining the various options and when we decided what we wanted they very efficiently made all the bookings, all at a reasonable price
