I find that even one star is too many. The vet was absolutely horrible, he did nothing to help my dog who died during the night. They did not even CALL to let me know what had happened, instead I waited all day for the call and eventually called towards closing time to find out my poor dog had died. They were unsympathetic, rude, and charged a whole heap of money when all they did was lock my dog up for the night and let him die.

Very helpful with my cat. They were attentive and cared for him when he stayed overnight. They called when I needed to pick him up and didn't over charge, as a vet in Kew did

The service was excellent, the staff were fantastic, and the prices were relatively good which was nice

They microchipped and desexed my little cat and he seemed to be comfortable. They didn't cause him pain as a lot of other veterinary services do
