This is the second time I have rented from eastcoast car rentals and both have been efficient, economical and pleasant. I was hesitant to hire from a company using a shuttle bus but both times there was no waiting time at all. All staff were business like but pleasant. Will continue with this company.

East coast are easy to deal with, provide a good economical vehicles in excellent condition. Staff very helpful and obliging , helping with directions when we were unfamiliar with the area concerned. A very enjoyable experience. Thanks to all concerned. Transport to and from the airport was a real bonus. We would certainly return again when we need a car rental.
