he staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite being a busy rush period with a number of customers. The staff met a number of needs and the price was competitive considering the fact that I was a probationary driver.

I booked online only 30 minutes before arriving at the premises and my ordered car was available and ready to go. The staff were prepared and friendly. The car was great, in excellent condition and the return was a no fuss process.

Excellent value, just make sure that you check for damage prior to driving away. They were the most thorough checkers of any car rental company that I have ever used.

Nice clean car and value add. The shuttle after drop off from Cairns city to the airport at no additional charge was not expected.

The total experience was again excellent - this time was able to book late; the car pickup very smooth; the car very good; easy return and received invoice in 2 hours.

Everything across the whole rental chain was very good - but one thing that stands out is receiving invoice so quickly.

Nice and fast. Cheap and easy. Only downside is the shuttle bus from the airport. But I understand this is part of the good pricing.

Excellent customer service. Good car (Kia Rio) but a little underpowered and not that fuel-efficient for a small car. Why not diesel as diesel fuel much cheaper than petrol?
