I was referred here by my obstetrician and saw Dr Lavinia Tai. I found the reception staff to be ok but the highlight was definetly Dr Tai. She was so warm and friendly and when I explained that I had previous losses she was wonderfully warm and reassuring. She didn't rush the ultrasound and answered all the questions that I had. She also ensured that I had wonderful printed pictures which I happily showed everyone after the appointment.

Only downside we had was at a later ultrasound the reception staff did not forward my results to my obstetrician and we had to wait a further 30+minutes to get the results

I was referred to this clinic for an ultrasound by my obstetrician. The doctor who conducted the test was kind and friendly. I went in feeling a bit anxious and did not know what to expect, but the doctor made me feel calmer, explained the procedure and then I feel more at ease.

The test performed was costly, I think about $200 or so, but upon submission to Medicare I received a part rebate.

Dr Andrew is very nice and professional. He is very friendly and willing to answer any question you have. No doubt about his expertise or knowlegde. I was recommended by a friend of mine who had complication during pregnancy. She was being told to terminate her pregnancy but Dr Andrew was handle the situation and my friend now has a sweet baby girl.

As for my experience, it was a pleasant visit for each time I see him. He recorded the ultrasound everytime I came to visit him in a DVD. Very relaxing and very patient with my husband and i.

One time my husband came 20 mins late and I asked him if he is willing to wait. He told me that it's ok with him because he wants my husband to be there to see the first ultrasound.
I am very happy with Dr Andrew.

However, for the staffs who work at the reception. All I can say is OMG, so unfriendly and cold. They did mistake with my booking. They booked someone else instead of me. And had the wrong DOB in the database. The attitude is just unacceptable.

But, I go there to see Dr Andrew and the receptionists and their attitude don't bother me at all as I do not require their expertise for my baby.

I had my recent ultrasound, costs approx $240. You have to pay it in full at the cashier and claim it at Medicare.

The sonographer is not really friendly. Feels like he is rushing his job. Also the receptionists there, 2-3 of them busy doing their personal stuff instead of serving customer. Maybe it was a friday evening.
