Food is excellent. Waiter/ waitress have great knowledge of food and wine. I wish we get a basket of bread instead of a slice of bread and have to keep asking them to add more bread onto our plate, considering the $$$ we pay.

Steak was cook medium well as requested. Most other restaurants would either under cook or overcook meat.

Wine was excellent.

place was a bit too crowded. We went there on the weekend, busy as anything. The waiter forgot to top up the wine and have to grab their attention.

Perhaps trying to go there when it is not too busy

We had 2 entree, 2 mains, 1 dessert, 1 bottle of red wine

Approximate cost: $500

Great customer service, great rewards, exercise their discretion under different circumstances, very professional, lots of offers for Amex credit card.

Depending on the credit card, the annual fee varies.

Approximate cost: $150

Meat was superb. The size of the entree is too small hence it is not the best value for money. However, the meat was cooked to perfection. I tend to get a well done for medium well meat. Normally people tend to overcook the meat. But at this place, they really cook it medium well, so tender.
I had the wagyu beef (the special of the month), the yam, some cabagge with blue cheese, veal sweetbread crumb, and also the kingfish curred.
I think the best dish is the wagyu beef. I don't think the entree is special. but the meat is definitely something you must try!

Approximate cost: $30-60

Nice comfortable seat, friendly staffs. However sometimes the food comes a bit late and you end up watching half way of the movie with no nibbles. Great sound system.

The only thing I wasn't happy is when you line up to buy the ticket. Some of the staffs were not friendly and practically waived his hand to "shoo" me and told me that he is not serving.

But once you go inside the theatre and watch the movie, the staffs there are great.

Dr Andrew is very nice and professional. He is very friendly and willing to answer any question you have. No doubt about his expertise or knowlegde. I was recommended by a friend of mine who had complication during pregnancy. She was being told to terminate her pregnancy but Dr Andrew was handle the situation and my friend now has a sweet baby girl.

As for my experience, it was a pleasant visit for each time I see him. He recorded the ultrasound everytime I came to visit him in a DVD. Very relaxing and very patient with my husband and i.

One time my husband came 20 mins late and I asked him if he is willing to wait. He told me that it's ok with him because he wants my husband to be there to see the first ultrasound.
I am very happy with Dr Andrew.

However, for the staffs who work at the reception. All I can say is OMG, so unfriendly and cold. They did mistake with my booking. They booked someone else instead of me. And had the wrong DOB in the database. The attitude is just unacceptable.

But, I go there to see Dr Andrew and the receptionists and their attitude don't bother me at all as I do not require their expertise for my baby.

I had my recent ultrasound, costs approx $240. You have to pay it in full at the cashier and claim it at Medicare.

First thing you will notice is the cake display. Very tempting.
They use a real nice cream for their cake. Taste really good.
But I think it is very expensive to charge approx $9 for a slice of a strawberry sponge cake.

Lots of sugar in their cake and that's why it tastes so good.
If you are a health freak, it is not recommended to go to this place as all the cake is so buttery and creamy and sugary :)

I had their tea, i must say they have a lot of collection of teas. If you love to drink tea, you will have lots of adventure here.

They serve steak sandwich around 9-10 am as well, good if you want to get a take away for lunch time.

But again, it is more expensive than most coffee shop.

I had a lovely experience. You can moore your boat somewhere near and walk to the restaurant. Easy to moore your boat.
Staffs are very helpful, and very very friendly.
I had:
Mixed seafood and meat grill which is WOW. you can taste all the different flavour and not just "grilled" flavour.
Chicken penne was so good. The sauce combination is perfect.
Hokaiddo scallops with puree and bacon is very close to the one they have at Number 8 restaurant at crown but not as pricy.
Morton Bay Bugs with salad and mango. The Morton Bay Bugs were great but the salad is just ordinary.
Chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream is definitely a must if you really like dark chocolate. It is comparable with the chocolate foundante at Meat and Wine restaurant at Southbank.

The sous chef is very passionate about cooking/ food, very down to earth despite his excellent cooking skills and perfection when it comes to taste of the food.

The staffs are very approachable and it gives a relaxing atmosphere.

I had also a bottle of wine ($38)

Total cost for all my meal approx $150.

No bank fees, no ATM fees for withdrawal of $200 and more. No overdrawn fee. Love the service.
However, it is a bit hard when you want the bank to issue a cheque because they don't have a branch. You have to call and they will send you the cheque. And when you want to deposit large sum amount of money, the only option is to go to the Post Office and the security is not as good as banks.

But other than that, great service (friendly customer representative)

Great view from the 89th floor, even the toilet has great view :)
degustation menu was fantastic, coupling with matching wine. There are better places for restaurant offering degustation meal but you are practically paying top dollar for the location. I love dining there at night, that you can see all Melbourne lights up.

Including in the price is the viewing of the 88th floor eureka observation deck. so, you get to go around the level 88th before you dine at the level 89th.

Wait a bit for the food but overall the food is good. Better than most other Thai restaurant. I had the tom yum soup (prawn), their Thai ice tea, Pork skin, pad tai, and also the green curry chicken.
Tom yum is a must. Their "mild" spicy is really spicy for most people. So, make sure you tell them exactly how spicy you want it to be.
