Service and advice was top rate and reliable to a caravan newbie. We also hired a car to pull the van.

The car had an issue on day one (not their fault, the manufacturer said they had fixed it). It did not impact us on day one, but it would have before the end of the trip. Dave drove a replacement vehicle out three hours to where we were staying overnight, arriving at 9pm so that our trip would not be interrupted.

Rates were competitive with other providers that had older caravans, but only Eastern Caravan hire had what I would call a premium level of service. Well done Dave and team. We will definitely hire again, we just have to decide which caravan to take next time.
