These guys went above and beyond to help me. They were very busy, but still did whatever they could to help me with my sliding gate motor. Great guys; honest, reliable and caring.

They came exactly on time to look at my problem and told me what I needed to have done. I was told at the time that I would have to wait for a week or more to have the work done. The quote arrived via email later that day and seemed very reasonable. I accepted the quote the next day and was told that today was the day(one week later) and that the work would commence between 8 and 9am. Peter arrived promptly, told me it would take 2 hours to complete and he set to work. 2 hours later the garage had new struts and a new Merlin tiltmaster to replace the old one. Every detail with this company was spot on and the work done was excellent. I cannot fault them in any way and would recommend them to everyone with garage door problems.
I am very happy with the result.

Eastern Garage Doors came out and fixed my Chamberlain Garage Door Opener. Peter came and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the friendly staff who I spoke to on the phone and I would definitely use them again.

Our sectional chain-drive garage door opener ahd failed after many years of use, and Eastern Garage Doors were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted something quiet (as the garage is beneath the kids’ room) and they gave me a really good recommendation. The work was also done quickly and there were absolutely no issues. They were also flexible on the pricing package as I wanted a car-clip remote instead of an additional keyring remote and they happily obliged.
