I have seen two doctors at Progress Medical Centre and found them both to be good in their practice. The only thing is that the wait times are unusually long and I've often had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time.

It's hard to get an appointment as a new patient as time slots for new patients are limited, but once you get in, they'll see you quite promptly. They open at 6am (from memory) which is great if you need to see them before work.

I gave them a call when there were issues with my evaporative cooling (the fan speed was not able to be controlled) and they came out the next day to have a look. The technician was competent and troubleshooted the issue on the spot.

I was able to book in a time with two days' notice and they arrived on time and completed the job swiftly. They respond promptly to text messages as well, and I found their price to be very competitive.

I went to Bayside Dermatology as I had a skin reaction to an allergen and the issue was diagnosed on the spot and a prescription was issued. After a month of using the medication, the reaction has cleared up.

My car required a major (scheduled) service and they did a fantastic job. It's a 5 year old car and it runs like new now. They are also quite competitive on price and customer service is excellent. The garage looks quite clean and neat too.

We needed a replacement evaporative cooling unit and G-Store organised the order and installation of the new unit. They were able to get the unit ordered in and installed within a week and the technicians were helpful and professional. They even suggested that I got my gutters cleaned (which we had neglected to do) and showed us photos of the clogged gutters.

Our sectional chain-drive garage door opener ahd failed after many years of use, and Eastern Garage Doors were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted something quiet (as the garage is beneath the kids’ room) and they gave me a really good recommendation. The work was also done quickly and there were absolutely no issues. They were also flexible on the pricing package as I wanted a car-clip remote instead of an additional keyring remote and they happily obliged.

We had a blown heating element for our Blanco fan-forced oven and the technician came the next couple of days. He replaced the heating element in less thaqn 15 minutes, and he had all the right tools and parts with him. Very satisfied customer!

I called Keith when we moved into our new home and wanted to rekey our locks. He was friendly and approachable, and very efficient at his work. Embarrassingly for me, I could not for the life of me find my wallet when he was done but he was easy going and trusting enough for me to pay him later in the day. He also educated us on the importance of double lock doors, and showed us how easy it was for normal locks to be picked.
