Eastside fencing

This business is fantastic! The fence is perfect and the fellows who did it were just brilliant! I highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional, Ben from Eastside Fencing refused to clean up the mess and accused us for signing the contract and agreed to their negligence. We've offered simple solution which is clean up the dirt and straighten up the small trees. But Ben refused to do anything unless we pay them extra to do it. Avoid at all cost !

Beware that a good fence may cost you more if the contractors like Eastside fencing dont care about the consequences of their poor work practices - Just a tad arrogant i would suggest. Expensive but no customer service when things go wrong. They took my neighbours soil and backfilled it onto my building which resulted in flooding and silt thru floors carpet and electrical items. Their reaction was that we dont have to remove soil under the contract you signed. But it was my neighbours soil from a retaining wall which had nothing to do with me. The contract with me was for a fence and there would be some soil from the fence posts but they lumped me with ten concreting wheelbarrows of soil back filled onto my building and they just said that it is not our problem under the contract. But i did not have a retaining wall in my contract.
Be aware that this company has a good number of jobs on its books but be very aware that they care about an a good income for them but are not interested in fixing their stuff ups.
There are more honest contractors out there. My 42 meter fence costed over $7,000 and not a tear in there eyes when flood damage occurs as a result of amature landscaping to hide the soil. Just a bad job and a costly cleanup.

Polite young men having a go and running a professional, competitively priced service. They are very well presented - neat and tidy- and they turn up to quote and to do the job on time. We had some fencing repairs undertaken and are very happy with the work.
