I walked into this store to be greeted with smiles and a definite willingness to help me. They had a big range of games to choose from which was great as I was buying for my husband. They had second hand games but I have found they aren't always the best quality. But be reassured they do give full money back refunds if our not happy

Being a gaming store, they are very informative and comfortable with allowing you to look around, I explained my child's special need's and also the need's of my 5 year old in regard's to a gaming system, lay-by term's were explained clearly as was the best price option's, considering, I am on a lower income, all in all a happy atmosphere, and alway's fun to visit.

bought a Nintendo WII from this shop. they were beyond helpful with choices of games easy enough for our young kids, and good sports games for us. they always offer to price match other competitors, and when i got a game for my nephew and he couldn't play it they swapped it straight over.
