We have placed 3 orders now with Eblinds and have been more than satisfied with the quality and price of the product.

The website makes it easy to order exactly what you want and our finished blinds have been delivered in about 2 ~ 3 weeks.

However the online purchasing experience is not so good. You do not receive an order confirmation, invoice or any other information about the process of your order. The only way I know the order has been successful is when I see the payment debited to my credit card. The next contact is the courier making arrangements for delivery.

I am so happy with my kitchen blind from eBlindsAustralia! I have a huge window, 2.8 metres wide, and just could not afford to purchase a blind from anywhere else. I had a lot of fun ordering colour samples and trying to decide which one would look the best in my old house. I am so happy with the choice I made, it looks fantastic! The blind is really well made, it holds itself up along the nearly 3 metre wide window perfectly. It took my husband and I 10 minutes to install. I am so in love and will definitely be recommending and using you guys in the future!

The delivery was fast and the installation instructions were very detailed and allowed us to install them quickly and without fuss. They fit our windows absolutely perfectly.
