We have placed 3 orders now with Eblinds and have been more than satisfied with the quality and price of the product.

The website makes it easy to order exactly what you want and our finished blinds have been delivered in about 2 ~ 3 weeks.

However the online purchasing experience is not so good. You do not receive an order confirmation, invoice or any other information about the process of your order. The only way I know the order has been successful is when I see the payment debited to my credit card. The next contact is the courier making arrangements for delivery.
