Took a microwave in for repair. They never called back when they said they would. After 5 phone calls to them and no indication of when it would be fixed after each call I actually went to the premises. They promised they would call back the next day with a quote and a date of when it would be repaired. They never called the next day, or the day after that , or the day after that....so back I went to collect the microwave. They had it for approx. 3 weeks. What a joke.
