I’ve been using this karaoke for quite long time because it used to have a friendly atmosphere. However, it changed dramatically since the new management took over. Last time we were annoyed by the unfriendly knock y one of the staff telling us the time-out, which could not be true as we started not at 12 o’clock but at least 5 minutes later. We couldn’t started at 12 because an entrance door kept locked till nearly 12 despite of our booking time is from 12.
I appealed to a floor manager this and she told me that she had a proof of our starting time and asked me to come and have a look a recorded time. When I tried to step in a room where that record kept, she suddenly screamed and told me that the room is only for staff so I should not come in. After talking to her about correct starting time, she finally gave us extra 5 minutes. We were disrupted by this incident so extra 5 minutes didn’t mean nothing and we ended with unpleasant feeling.
I’m NOT going back there unless this approach changed to much more customer friendly way.

The place is too dark , small and smelly, there is no A/C, so it can get quite hot inside, but on the other hand the song collection is good and complete , the service is ok and fast

We used to go to this Karaoke place often, but that was before a lot of the newer Karaoke bars in Sydney opened. I personally think the place needs complete renovation. It is dark and smelly and definately out dated. The last time I went there the equipment and technology was also in much need of an upgrade.
