He installed a difficult and large split system in my house (internal wall) and I was impressed by his customer service and the level of attention and detail he put into the job. I had a look in the roofspace after installation - all the wiring was neatly clipped to the beams and the piping was installed with obvious care. He cleaned up thoroughly after the work and even took the time to demonstrate some of the more advanced features of the unit. Great customer service! I've recommended him to a number of people now.
