I love Edamame, yes the service can be a bit sporadic at times but the food is generally quite good.

For me the absolute stand out is their Chili Togarashii Ramen it's amazing. I often get it take away which means no waiting around. Its a fantastic dish which I usually have plain without toppings (though the crumbed pork is fantastic) and it only costs $13.80.

Though the staff have limited english, they are lovely and very sweet.

The food here is terrific, i dont think its terribly traditional but who cares because it tastes great. Its also BYO with outdoor seating

Used to be pretty good, but along with time, the portion just kept dropping, the taste is still good, but not getting the good value of it. I ordered a take away noodle last night, charged $15 and the box was only half filled. Its quite sad

I found this Japanese eatery through a review I read in a weekend paper. Very reasonably priced. Service was average (but was expected). I was expecting the food to be better, but it was nice. Good place to catch up with friends or enjoy a family meal.
