I recently took my car here for a service. The price that I was charged was $50 more than I had been quoted. I asked them about this and I was told that they did a service other than the one it had been booked in for and one that was in excess of what was required for my car at that time. They told me that it wasn't their problem. I was quite surprised to be treated like this and asked why they hadn't called me to make sure I was happy to the change to the service that they wanted to perform, surely that is good policy and looking after the customer. There response was simply that they would be, but that wasn't their problem. I am quite sure that they do not value their customers highly and I will not be going back.

I went to these guys when i wanted to install my own watering systems. They provided me with great service, helping me to design the whole system and working out all the parts and fittings I would require. I'm so glad I went there instead of bunnings, they were actually cheaper and I got what I needed instead of being left confused and frustrated

We had an enjoyable lunch here. The food is quite nice, the cakes are probably their highlight. It's reasonably priced for the location, but the service did let it down more then once throughout the meal. Would happily go back though, it is a nice setting.

We ate as a larger group at the Fire & Ice restaurant.
The food was quite good, but not cheap and some meals were better value than others. The staff were brilliant though. Very helpful and friendly

Robin is very friendly and cares about the result. She seems to know hair well and cut mine much better than the last few hairdressers I have been too. Price is really quite reasonable

My most frequented butcher. The quality and service are always amazing and we just love the chipolatas and salamis that they make on the premises. As a bonus the salami is really reasonably priced.

A very convenient butcher to drop into. I've found them to be very friendly and helpful. The product has always been good and I the smoked chicken nibbles they have are great value

We had Lyndall come up to Brisbane for a beginners cheesemaking workshop and it was a brilliant day. She has a great personality for this type of activity and we learnt alot as well as enjoying some homemade cheeses for lunch. It was great because you can then make the cheeses at home. I am still buying my cultures from Lyndall as they now have an online store.

After having our carpets cleaned they looked brilliant. We appreciated a call beforehand to confirm our booking. It did take a long time for the cleaning, but the result was worthwhile.

We have been renting through this company and it really depends who you deal with. Some of the property managers are quite good, but it does seem that the office is rather disorganised and we did have our share of problems with them
