I bought an overlocker from this store a bit over 6 months ago, I have returned about 3 times when I 've been stuck (my own fault as a newbie) they have never charged for their invaluable time, and are always friendly and helpful. When I need a new sewing machine I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else

When I was looking to buy a sewing machine, after having no luck at finding one within my price range at Spotlight, I googled "sewing machines hobart" and this was the first place that showed up. Less than a minute of walking in to the store I was promptly asked if I needed assistance (which knowing nothing about sewing machines I really did). 15 minutes later I walked out with a sewing machine marked down from $400 to $200 with a 5 year warrenty, a year of free sewing classes, free over phone assitance whenever I needed it and a free bonus pair of scissors. All for $199.
I can not praise nor thank the staff and company enough.
