I can’t recommend Michael enough, he cuts hair so well. I have been going there for 5 years, I really trust his opinion about what length works best, I have lots of hair nd he thins it out really well each haircut, no other hairdresser has managed to do before!
I cant imagine going anywhere else and being this happy, the salon is lovely, easy to find, it has a good coffee shop nearby, it’s easy to find a park and it’s free for 2 hrs, I can’t recommend him enough, prices are reasonable too!

Michael and his team gave me the best haircut and colour I've ever had. They understood what I wanted and were able to customise it for me. The salon was lovely with a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hair salon.

The haircuts I've had have always been good and i've had cuts from a few senior cutters. can't complain on the cutting front.

The salon does risk though pushing customers away with some of the behaviour I've witnessed over my last few cuts.

* They often seem more focused on talking to each other than talking to their clients.
* I've witnessed them discuss clients once they've left the salon (while complimentary about how stunning one client was, still probably not appropriate for me to hear. Makes me think what do they say about other clients when they've left?).
* I know apprentices are often young and I also understand a lot of hairdresses will cut their friend's hair but sitting next to a apprentice discussing with their client/friend who's fighitng with who at school, who's pregnant but not with their baby daddy, who deleted who from Facebook. I just felt like I was at highschool. Again I know i've had discussions with cutters about tacky tv shows so not all conversations are interlectual but maybe it's just something to consider or don't sit an older client right next to the young ones.

I’ve trusted the team at Edge to do a great job on my hair and to provide an enjoyable experience as they go about it for years now. They are all down to earth and make clients feel comfortable. Michael listens, interprets and then considers whether the style I’m after will actually suit my face and frame. Something I’ve looked for my entire adult life! I never hesitate in recommending Edge.

My first hair cut with Michael today and I couldn't be happier. I had a shampoo, cut and blow dry. I walked in looking like a troll and walked out feeling like a goddess. I went there based on reviews, and am pleased to add mine. This man is more than a hairdresser - he's an artist! The other staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back. Book ahead though - he's in demand.
