The last great working class pub in the north. Famous for its sticky carpets and sticky regulars. This is a great local pub, but not worth travelling just to visit.
This used to be my local until I moved and I certainly have no complaints. The food is decent and reasonably priced and they always have drink specials on which makes it cheaper. Its a great place to go for a punt on a Saturday with a few beers as it is never too busy and has a big TAB area.
Approximate cost: $18
I have been dining at the Eddie, as its affectionately known to the locals for many years,Casual pub dining but still nice and classy. Good food and not unreasonably priced. perfect for a lazy sunday lunch and child friendly which is always a plus
VERY USEFUL
