I recently had my computer serviced by an EF Tech technician and I'm sad to say that I've been left feeling quite let down. After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve what I thought to have been ordinary software related issues, my computer was returned to me with little explanation as to why the problem couldn't be resolved and I was left to draw my own incorrect conclusion. After taking my computer to another technician the next day, they managed to restore my data and correct the other software issues on my hard drive from another computer, but later informed me that my boot menu was no longer displaying (a new issue I hadn't had before I'd handed my computer over to the EF Tech technician) and that i'd need to contact the EF Tech technician who serviced my computer originally to find out whether he'd configured the computer to boot to a network when he took a look at it, and that if he was unable to help me I'd have to replace my motherboard. After attempting to call the EF Tech technician with no answer, sending numerous texts (to the point I began feeling like a nuisance) that would have originally been promptly responded to before I was told my computer issues were irresolvable, I gave up and have since given the second technician the green light to have my computer fitted with a new motherboard. Wouldn't bother with this guy as he didn't really bother with me.
