I bought a large smart tv from Harvey Normans after the saleman assured me that it was easy to setup. Took it home, tried to install it but could only manage to turn it on and tune in the chanells, nothing else. Rang Brendon who was referred to me through my daughter and within a day he had turned up and installed the tv, demonstrated on its use and even wrote down step by step on the use of the features that i am interested in .
