Recently had Daniel out to fix my aircon unit. He was always friendly and courteous and gave me great advice. He didnt just advise me to replace the dearest part when the problem wasnt obvious, he got me to troubleshoot over the days we had to wait for my new pads and then only replaced the part that needed replacing.
We have a rental property that my son lives in and now his air con is playing up so i wont be hesitating to call them to fix this one too.
Price was reasonable and they let me know about 30min before arrival that Daniel was on his way.

Lubin and Kevin fitted an evaporated cooler for us and they did a fantastic job very professional would recommend them and they were the nicest guys couldn't be more helpful

1. I was advised scheduled arrival time betw 12 noon - 3 pm (not whole day/half day waiting)
and to be advised by sms bef arrival
2. was advised by sms bef arrival - that is a plus cos I was at a shop nearby
3. friendly knowledgeable serviceman
4. After the service, serviceman started the aircond to ensure it is operating well. However aircond cut off after running for a short while
5. serviceman was able to diagnose that the problem was due to faulty drain valve. He was able to replace the assembly accordingly. All good after that
6. General advice provided on running the aircond efficiently

Michael, the owner, responded within 30 minutes to my request for a quote through the Braemar web site, by calling me directly and giving me indicative pricing based on the information I gave him.
