I asked for an online quote to replace my ducted heating and they got back to me the next day. The quote was competitive to other quotes I had to chase. They were able to do the job within a fortnight. The guys were friendly and helpful as to when the job could be done and when explaining the instructions of use. I normally get a bit stressed dealing with tradies but this experience was stress free.

The job took a lot longer than expected due to the roof structure but Matthew worked really hard to finish the job. I was not charged any more for the extra work required. My house is lovely and cool and I would highly recommend Efficient Pure Plumbing!!

Michael offered a competitive quote for a VRV air-conditioning system that met our need for relative energy efficiency and aesthetics, as we wanted 4 bedrooms air-conditioned, and did not really want to have 4 outdoor units. It was an end-to-end solution including plumbing and electrical certification and we only had to deal with Michael. His team, led by Daniel were really focused on the job, professional and completed the job very promptly.

This is the third time I have used Michael and his team at my property. They did a brilliant job replacing 20 year old ducts under the house. The heating is now very effiecient and heats up rooms that never got much heat! I recommended his services to our neighbour and Michael has recently replace their a/c evaporative system. Michael and Daniel have done a fantastic job in replacing our old dead Vulcan ducted heater with a nice new Braemer unit (TQ516).

Michael and Efficent Pure Plumbing were the only ones who gave me correct information on all aspects: unit selection, sizing, cashback promotion from Braemar etc. Considering how much wrong info I was given by others (including Braemar phone support itself!), this is not a small feat.

The price they gave was fantastic at least couple of hundred saving over alternatives. Scheduling the installation was easy and the installer arrived on time as promised. Daniel did a superb, clean and friendly job with installation. The unit has been working flawlessly since installation (a month now).
