Michael, the owner, responded within 30 minutes to my request for a quote through the Braemar web site, by calling me directly and giving me indicative pricing based on the information I gave him. I had previously asked for quotes from two other dealers through the same web site, only one of which bothered to contact me, and then only by email. Fortunately Michael's business was referred to me by a friend who previously had work done, and I had no hesitation about giving them the go ahead based on their competitive pricing and the service they provide. I wasn't dissappointed. They installed the new system with the minimum of fuss and disruption, and really took the time to explain the working of the thermostat for the new gas heater.
