Beautiful cakes and desserts. I absolutely love this cake shop they do great cakes for cheap prices and all of them taste amazing!!

I have been using their service for as long as I can remember. They did my sister's wedding cake, my engagement cake, wedding cake, children's baptisms, birthdays, my brother's wedding and every other event that requires a cake.

The value for money is unbeatable. Luckily, my parents still live close to the shop so they always pick up my cakes on their way to our celebrations!!

Great cakes, fantastic value however they are always busy and can always do with an extra person behing the cake ordering counter as there is always a queue and if you are being served and the phone rings, the person on the phone always seems to get priority over existing customers in the shop (this has happened on a number of occasions)!

But I will always go back!

Ordered my wedding cake, as most spoke highly of this place. The wedding cake design was nothing like what I wanted. I even included pics and spent over an hour explaining exactly what I wanted, but was cut short a few times by the lady saying that she knows... Colour and the design was completly wrong. It looked nothing what I wanted. very disappointed. I agree their customer service needs to be improved. Just because they are busy it doesn't mean they need to be rude & rush you. Not happy

This place is very cool. Wholesaler of cakes and chocolate direct to the public. I burnt a cake and had to buy one last minute, I turned up there all stressed and they gave me a great huge slab at a very good inexpensive price, and organised it so fast. I had the option to decorate it myself. Their last minute flexibility really saved my butt. As it turned out the cake was good quality too. Big busy shop, probably 80+ customers when we visited. We had a nice coffee there. Highly recommend this place.

awesome, delicious, scrumptious, good value and most of all YUMMY cakes and pastries. a great range available and if not in store they are will to make to order. great to get birthday, anniversary and special occasion cakes at and absolutely yummo! a must try!

i have had many cakes order from this place and i have never been dissappointed. i would recommended this place to anybody. their pizzas and biscuits are very nice also

I went to this shop on two occasions..once for a birthday cake, which one guy on the phone told me they had..then when i went there, the girl said, we don't have it..second time...i went back for a coffee and cake, was waiting a good 15 minutes with a toddler in tow...and the lady just kept serving the people that came after me....most of the staff there are pretty busy and rude..except for one lady who was a sweetie..customer service needs a BIG improvement.

Eiffel Tower has a great selection of cakes. They are reasonably priced for the quality of the cake. They are quite busy though, so expect to wait a while when you go in the shop on a weekend. Service was ok.

beautifull cake as soft as cotton, yummy very tasty ... Their cakes are good ... Hubby and i passed down that side and really needed cake for the next day so popped into this bakery and picked up this yummy cake as it was our anniversary ...
