I wanted to exchange a table and chair set in a box that my son had received as a present,explained it the guy..we opened the box and took a little piece out and it was pink, so we wanted blue..obviously..said he couldnt etc, then said hold on...i overheard him talkin with his manager, explaining everything...the manager gets on the phone and says..how may i help you..i said i believe the guy just told u everything..she said "NO, i just walked through the door"...I said you LIAR i just overheard the whole conversation..needless to say....what sort of a business is this if the MANAGER herself..lies to the customers!! I ended up at another toyworld at epping where I exchanged it no problems...Never going back.

The staff only greet you with a smile if you are going to eat in....take away people get nothing and the souvlaki meat has a lot of fat on it, very surprised how people still go there, I suppose they don't look at the meat they are eating. Their prices are also very steep, like $10 for a burger..and the section where they make their pizzas isn't covered properly and saw flies flying around the food, needless to say..we walked out and never returned again.

I went to this kindergarten info night for my child, thinking I would be getting information on the kinder, all the teachers were standing around just pointing the kids to the play doh and we didn't get greeted or approached by any of the teachers. We had to go to them and even then could hardly get a boo out of them. Then we retreated outside to the playground and then only, one teacher came out and started a conversation to see how things were. Without saying...this kinder was virtually a 5 minute walk but with that info night, we decided to send our child elsewhere.

We dined in after not being there for over 10 years and WOW, their pizzas are amazing, a big step up from what used to be. Nice clean premises, staff always with a smile and you can tell the ingredients they use for their pizza is very fresh. Highly recommend.

The products might be cheap, but so is home brand. You never find a staff member available to help and when you do..it's very rushed and rude. You have to pack your own bags and when you get home I found the products mostly to be just like home brand.

This jb store, the staff are never there to assist you when you need them, the only time u see a staff member is when you are near the plasma or expensive products section. Do not greet you with a smile and always too busy to assist, even on the phone, very bad customer service, all they say is its best to come in.

Great food and service, best place to eat pizza in the north by FAR! waiters are quick to come and get your order, always checking on you, smiley.great atmosphere, quality foods, will definately be going back.

I had acrylic nails done here, the girl working on me, didnt even greet me, then she was rough, then she told me to go wash my hands..came back and she was gone..found the manager up the front and said can't believe your service here in here is the worst i have seen..she just got up and worked on someone else..no BOO out of her.

Husband and wife team run this business, wife speaks no english, the guy does..I had my hair coloured by his wife..she let the colour in too long and my hair came out MUCH MUCH darker than was expected..they argued in their language, no apology no nothing..pathetic.

My car was making noises, so i took it there, they gave me a lecture on how unsafe the car was to drive locally let alone interstate..the quote was for over a thousand dollars. we ended up driving against his words, after taking it to other places, didnt fix a thing...we drove interstate nothing happened..we were safe and with more money in our pocket. rip offs.
