I used Elders to manage my investment property and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They allowed a tenant ( their employee) to hand in his keys without cleaning the property at all. He then chose a cleaner to do the job but they couldn't clean it for 6 weeks. They didn't require him to pay rent even though the property couldn't be re let during that time. They also overlooked damages by tenants. One tenant ripped out a 60 year old established garden including a large ornamental tree with no support to have it rectified. If you don't care about how your property is managed Elders Bendigo are a perfect fit. Totally useless and unsupportive.

We have just recently successfully sold our much loved family home with Elders. Ruth Heard was our agent and I cannot recommend her more highly. Very professional, attention to details, regular communication and updates and very trustworthy and skilled. The advertising, including stunning photos and video were first class. Issue has been resolved & my review has been updated. Although after buying a $1 million dollar property I didn’t even get a gift (first time in my 20+ purchases). It’s not the gift but the thought that counts.

We rented our current house through them. Wendy is our property manager and she is WONDERFUL. Besides being lovely, we find that any repairs required are carried out quickly and without drama. Highly recommended.
