They supplied and fitted a 'fridgeswitch' to our 12 volt caravan fridge. The sort of job that's just a bloody nuisance to most businesses but they 'fitted us in' at at a time that was convenient for us AND did the job for a lower cost than we'd been quoted over the phone. We found out that the car dealer that had included the 'manufacturer's wiring harness to our new vehicle actually hadn't so the boys at EBS provided us with the ammunition to take one problem back to the dealer (outcome was satisfactory for us, cost the dealer approx one hundred dollars to rectify the oversight. The boys at EBS also rectifide an intermittent fault in the 7 pin pluga (loose connection) that I couldn't find for no charge.
