Adam arrived to do the carpets at a property I had just vacated. The move had been a nightmare with significant problems with a removalists company I'd engaged, so I was thrilled and relieved when he arrived on time and organised, polite, professional, friendly and ready to get to work. He was considerate of my time and when I advised him I'd be going off site he offered to notify me when he was almost finished so that I could finalise the payment with him in person or over the phone. This was exactly what happened and the job was done to my satisfaction and in far less time than I'd expected. I will definitely be using Adam and Electrodry again and have been singing your praises to my friends.

Had my carpets cleaned a year ago with Electrodry. We got four rooms cleaned (3 rooms plus a 4th free) for $119 as part of a special deal that was available. Great customer service on the initial phonecall and I was able to be booked in within days. The man who came was friendly, efficient, on time and professional. The carpets came up well - certainly a vast improvement - and the carpets dried quickly. I completely understood that one of my rooms had to be counted as two rooms for the purposes of the deal because of its size.

However, after a few months the stains became visible again (have returned full-force). I was also a bit disappointed that one of the rooms I wanted to be cleaned could not be done because special equipment was needed (apparently because of the type of carpet) that was not included in the deal.

Overall, I would recommend Electrodry as a professional, quality service that offers good value for money.

We had our 2 bedrooms carpets and lounge area recently cleaned. We got a deal for $129 for the 3 rooms which was fair i thought. The guy who came was very friendly and nice and the two bedrooms came up great. I was a little disappointed in the lounge area though as there were a few stains still left behind and as he knew it was a rental i dont think he really tried to get them out which is a little disappointing. He was very quick in and out in less then an hour too.

Tony and Sandra are amazing! I have 4 bedrooms, a study and a rug with 4 kids at home. I had stains that I had tried removing myself with Preen and Napisan and other carpet cleaners. I had also tried another company who disappointed me and I was afraid of trying anyone else. We were at a point of purchasing new carpets (7 years old). When Tony and Sandra came, not only are they professional and friendly but they take so much pride in their work. They left the carpet with NO stains... we had a sick baby for 2 years, vomit stains on the carpet, all gone; nail polish stains, all gone; make up and blu-tack, all gone! I am a real clean freak so when I saw the end result, I was SO happy. No need to replace it now. Keep up the good work Tony & Sandra!

Had the carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago, the man who did them was polite, did the work in a good amount of time and they came up fantastically afterwards. Overall, am very happy with the result and will be sure to use them again.

Have really great discounts at the moment, pay for 3 rooms and get the 4th free. They do a fantastic job and get the job done fast. Really friendly and professional service also.

I had 4 carpeted rooms cleaned. Tony vaccuumed then cleaned them and also cleaned some rugs for me. The carpets look great, and Tony was friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend him.

My carpets were BAD! Beige and hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years... OMG what a great job. The tech Adam B was early bright & chipper and very efficient. Thank you Electrodry thank you Adam!
