Adam arrived to do the carpets at a property I had just vacated. The move had been a nightmare with significant problems with a removalists company I'd engaged, so I was thrilled and relieved when he arrived on time and organised, polite, professional, friendly and ready to get to work. He was considerate of my time and when I advised him I'd be going off site he offered to notify me when he was almost finished so that I could finalise the payment with him in person or over the phone. This was exactly what happened and the job was done to my satisfaction and in far less time than I'd expected.
