Luke was very easy to work with and he really did a fantastic job with my carpets. He's very informative too. Because of his service, I told him to call me back after 3 months so I can have my carpets cleaned again.

Jason from Electrodry was a lovely guy. He did a great job on my carpets. He also worked on my Mum's carpets and she was very pleased also. He was very respectful. Great job!

A couple of years ago I had a very bad experience with Electrodry, and the fellow then actually shampooed my carpet without vacuuming it because his "$7000 vacuum cleaner had broken down"!!!

Anyway, thought I'd give it another go and I am now a very happy customer. I think it is so important that we as individuals and community support and encourage all young people who are working hard, whatever their industry, so please pass on my satisfaction to whomever is in charge.

Positives: friendly and reliable service, cleaned small entrance mats at no extra charge, carpets definitely looked and felt much cleaner, efficient
Negatives: serviceman forgot the rubber rake / broom to go over the carpet with after cleaning to loosen the pile which seemed to come up okay with just a good vacuum afterwards.
I would definitely recommend this service

I just got home and would like to say that the technician from Electrodry did an excellent job and the carpets look perfect!

We were very pleased with our carpet's outcome. Our computer room is completely cleaned. Very happy with it. The Electrodry technician did not mess around and went straight to work.
No troubles at all. Will definitely recommend them.
