I want you to know how very pleased I was with the job done on my lounge suite yesterday. AND David is just the nicest young man. I would be grateful it if you would tell him how much I appreciated his professionalism and the effort he put into bringing my lounge back to life.

A couple of years ago I had a very bad experience with Electrodry, and the fellow then actually shampooed my carpet without vacuuming it because his "$7000 vacuum cleaner had broken down"!!!

Anyway, thought I'd give it another go and I am now a very happy customer. I think it is so important that we as individuals and community support and encourage all young people who are working hard, whatever their industry, so please pass on my satisfaction to whomever is in charge.
