The service was fantastic - my oven sparkled. So in terms of quality - the service was great. However I was underquoted on the phone and then when my oven was measured and was 4cm wider than the 'standard' size, the price went up over $100 (in fact I think from memory it went up $140.00 more than what I had been quoted). I was extremely disappointed in this, I felt completely bullied into no other option but to pay. For this reason I would NOT recommend this service. Since then I have found another service that cleaned my oven just as good, if not better, for a much cheaper price.

Hi,

When did we clean your oven? As none of our prices are suited to what you have said.

I personally quote over the phone and can only quote on the size of oven you give me. If you say it's standard size I'll quote on that and if we arrive and your oven is a wide oven then the price will change to suit the size of oven being cleaned.

Also, when quoting I say we do have a 'heavy duty' surcharge of $100.00 if the oven is heavily soiled - you will be told on the day before the clean begins and have the option of the clean not being completed.

I also send 'Before & After' pictures along with a text message asking if you are happy with the service we provided, if not please get in contact. Not once in 2 yeas of business have we had a negative text/call/review off one of our clients.

I would love to know the date we cleaned your oven so I can look in my database as I feel you may have the wrong business.

When we moved into our house, I have no idea how long it was since our oven was cleaned. Thought I would need a new oven, looked so old/dirty. Elegant Fairies made it look brand new! It is so clean now which is amazing, including the trays and grills! Highly recommend them to anyone.

Thanks so much for turning our oven and range hood from an absolute mess to looking brand new, Amy and Glenn!

Glen and Amy were both really friendly and professional beforehand, answering my questions and reminding me of my appointment time. They even let me know they maybe 15 mins early. Most importantly though, the oven looks amazing. When my Mum saw the results she immediately booked them for her place!

Will definitely be recommending Elegant Fairies Oven Cleaning to all my family and friends
