I don't know how to thank Arash for all the great work he did for us. One of my best friends recommended Elegant Finance & Mortgage broking to me and when I called Arash for the first time, I found him not only very clever but also different from other brokers.
Arash refinanced my home with maximum valuation and best rate of the market. He knew exactly what he was doing from the very first day and didn't need any push or reminding. He was very organised and hard working. I remember one night at 11pm he was doing my application to submit it the day before inceeasing the rates by the bank.
Arash was so passionate about his work and was like an old friend for me to provide invaluable advises during purchasing the investment property. Best broker I ever talked to. He got me two loans, first home and investment loan. For the first home, he was the only person who could get me the maximum loan among several brokers I talked to them.
For investment loan, several brokers told me it's not possible to get investment loan (considering my income and situation), but he helped me a lot with his experience and knowledge to get the investment loan.
