Best broker I ever talked to. He got me two loans, first home and investment loan. For the first home, he was the only person who could get me the maximum loan among several brokers I talked to them.
For investment loan, several brokers told me it's not possible to get investment loan (considering my income and situation), but he helped me a lot with his experience and knowledge to get the investment loan.
